All disputes with respect to the Programs and Courses conducted by University18 / University18 Business School / MSL Learning Systems Pvt Ltd and all services and content (both online and offline) provided by them, shall be subject to the Jurisdiction of Delhi Courts alone. All disputes pertaining to University18 Programs and Courses will be resolved by University18 at its sole discretion. Decision of University18 in this regard shall be final and binding on the Candidate / Students.
Detailed terms of use as mentioned on University18 website (www.university18.edu.in) shall be applicable. |
